eomer develops foundation models and decision systems for structured enterprise data. The platform connects forecasting, regression, and classification outputs with the data systems and workflows that enterprise teams already use.

About the role

This role owns strategic relationships with cloud providers, data platforms, infrastructure vendors, system integrators, and marketplace partners. The manager connects partner business and technical teams with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams at eomer.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic technology partnerships across cloud, data, infrastructure, marketplace, and integration providers.
• Define joint go-to-market plans, co-sell programs, marketplace listings, and joint solutions with measurable adoption and revenue targets.
• Translate integration requirements between partner teams and eomer engineering teams, then track delivery against agreed milestones.
• Evaluate new partners according to strategic fit, customer demand, technical feasibility, and commercial value.
• Maintain partner plans, pipeline targets, success measures, and executive relationships.
• Represent eomer at partner events, industry conferences, and executive briefings.

Required experience

• At least eight years of experience in technical partnerships, partner management, business development, or solutions architecture, including at least three years in AI.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and data ecosystems such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• A record that shows measurable pipeline, revenue, adoption, or product outcomes from technology partnerships.
• Technical fluency across APIs, data architecture, machine learning pipelines, and deployment models.
• Experience across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams within a complex enterprise sales process.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.

Preferred experience

• Experience with foundation models, predictive analytics, structured data platforms, or cloud go-to-market programs.
• Knowledge of enterprise data workflows, including ETL, feature preparation, and machine learning deployment.
• Experience at, or in partnership with, a major cloud or data platform provider.
• Experience that established a partnership program within a high-growth technology company.
